Sarah Paige Neukam is the Granddaughter and Daughter of our stylists. She is 19 years old and she is actively working with race horses in Delaware. Sarah Paige Neukam is the Granddaughter and Daughter of our stylists. She is 19 years old and she is actively working with race horses in Delaware. She is full of life, laughter, and love for people and animals. Sarah has been dedicated to rescuing animals since she was very very young. A young volunteer for local rescues and has actively worked with placing horses with potential forever homes. Spending time on the farm is her favorite thing to do.
We believe in the magic of nurture and the beauty within everyone..so we named the salon after this beautiful young woman.

Originally from Kent County, Maryland, “Cindy’s” career has spanned almost four decades in the beauty industry. She is a four time salon owner and Master Cosmetologist. Cindy may be familiar as the former owner of a Chestertown's" Primary Colours", that she established in the Historic District. She was co-founder of Salon Atelier LLC on Kent Island, which still thrives today. Most recently, she returned to Chestertown and was a vital team member at Reflections Salon and Spa, where she co-conspired withLisa Grande, entrepreneur and valued friend.
A graduate of Annapolis Beauty Academy, and a recognized name in the industry for excellence in the art of hair color. She has a passion for performance. She has won awards in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta for superior skill through the International Beauty Shows and the Mid-West Beauty Shows. Her work has been showcased in “Modern Salon Magazine”, a trade publication that instructs and gives insights to professionals in the industry of beauty. Cindy was certified at the Redken Academy in New York City as a Certified Hair Color Artist. Additional mentors were Tom Dispenza (Chemist and Master Colorist in Soho, New York City) and Irvine Rusk (Rusk International).
Sarah Paige is Cindy's Grand-daughter. We thought using her name would inspire us to do great things.

Julie grew up in a salon environment and learned a great deal of knowledge over the years from her mother, and fellow stylist, Cindy Newsome. Julie began her career as an apprentice at Samuel's Hair Salon (formerly in Galena, Md) where she assisted renowned stylist, Samuel Boyle. She continued her career as a lead stylist and nail technician at Primary Colours (formerly of Chestertown, Md) although she did leave the field for a few years, she remained current in her education, styling techniques and trends. Julie specializes in hair color and has a creative flair for both subtle and bold looks. Julie is meticulous about her work, has an infectious joyful demeanor and enjoys making people smile while making them feel beautiful, inside and out!
Julie was voted Best Women's Hairstylist in the What's Up Eastern Shore publication for 2021. She also holds the title of Best fashion Stylist 2021 in that same magazine.
Sarah Paige is Julie's daughter, Sarah. Sarah ia a horse enthusiast, spending her working hours caring for horses and working a the horse races prepaing the horse for their best run. .
Julie also has a son, Stephen, who is aspiring to be a journalist. Now studying now in the graduate program at the University of Mary Phillip Merrill School of Journalism.

Nicole is a 2021 graduate at Kent County High School . She has been doing makeup for all of her teenage years and has a freelance business doing makeup and photography. Dance has been her passion and she loves to perform and teach dance. Nicole was voted Best Makeup Artist in 2021 by What's Up Eastern Shore Magazine for her work. We are so pleased to have her on our bridal team.

Kelly rarely comes to the salon. She works full time at Dixon Valve in Chestertown. Kelly has grown up knowing the salon industry. She has the eye of an artist and is on call for artistic advice.
